Key Result Areas (KRAs): On-time project delivery- Deliver all project milestones on schedule with minimal slippage Adherence to project budgets- Control cost deviations and ensure financial accountability Compliance with software quality standards- Ensure projects meet predefined qualitybenchmarks and standards High stakeholder satisfaction levels- Maintain high satisfaction levels from all projectstakeholders Strong team collaboration and morale- Promote effective collaboration and communicationacross the team Scope Management- Manage requirement changes with minimal disruption to the deliverytimeline Risk & Issue Resolution- Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactivelyTechnical Skills: Project Management Tools: JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello,  Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Hybrid, Waterfall Software Lifecycle Knowledge: Proficiency in SDLC phases: Planning, Designing, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance CI/CD and DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes Testing Frameworks: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman Cloud & Infrastructure Basics: Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP for deploymentpipelines.  Reporting & Analytics: Creating dashboards using Excel, Power BI; Velocity and burndownmetrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relateddiscipline PMP, CSM, or SAFe Certification mandate Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
