The immigration consultant will assist clients with understanding and navigating immigration processes and requirements. Key responsibilities include providing advice for visa applications, handling documentation, addressing immigration-related issues, and offering personalized consulting services. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global immigration laws and regulations to guide clients effectively and professionally.Key Responsibilities Expert Documentation Management:Independently prepare end-to-end documentation packages for study visas, work permits, and PR applications. Handle both individual and family applications with high accuracy. Country Program Specialization:Serve as a subject matter expert with proven experience in filing documentation for: Canada:Express Entry (FSW), PNP, LMIA-based Work Permits, and Study Permits. United Kingdom (UK):Skilled Worker Visa, Study Visa, Tourist Visa. Australia:Skilled Migration Visas (Subclass 189/190), Employer-Sponsored Visas (Subclass 482), and Study Visa documentation. Germany:Opportunity Card (GOC / Chancenkarte), EU Blue Card, Skilled Worker Visa. European Work Permit Knowledge:Demonstrate practical knowledge of documentation and compliance forEuropean Union (EU)work permits and processes across the Schengen Area. Quality Control (QC):Perform a final, thorough quality check on all visa files before submission to minimise errors and expedite processing. Immigration Research:Stay continuously updated on the latest policy changes, document formats, and submission protocols across all primary countries.Required Qualification & Skills Experience:Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in multi-country visa documentation and case processing. In-Depth Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany (including GOC), and EU work permit documentation. Attention to Detail:Exceptional accuracy and organisational skills for handling complex case files. Communication:Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
