If you are passionate about event execution, client coordination, vendor management, and end-to-end event delivery, we invite you to join our dynamic team.Role Overview: Event Project ManagerThis role requires a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented event professional who can take ownership of projects and ensure seamless planning and on-ground execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client communication, coordinate requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle. Handle event documentation, proposals, run-sheets, vendor lists, and briefing notes. Plan and schedule meetings, venue visits, and event walkthroughs. Coordinate with vendors, production teams, logistics partners, and internal teams. Maintain organized event-related records, contracts, and digital documentation. Ensure smooth execution on event days with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of experience in Event Management, Conferences, Exhibitions, Hospitality, Banquets, or related event services. Strong command over MS Office and event-related software/tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal coordination skills. A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
