Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Credentialing Specialist. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing and verifying professional credentials for healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves regular communication with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies, as well as resolving any discrepancies in credentialing processes. Qualifications Expertise in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing systems and processesStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsFamiliarity with Medicare regulations and requirementsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working in healthcare compliance is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredTechnical proficiency with credentialing software tools
