Job Description:
1.Candidate must be BE/B.Tech. with at least 15 years Solar EPC/Project Experience.2.Must have good communication and Interpersonal skills. 3.Must have handle Technically India Solar Projects/O&M. 4.Must have minimum 100 MW commissioning hands on experience. 5.Must have surface hand knowledge of Solar equipment's. 6.Must have capable to handle at least 100 manpower and third party vendors. 7.Must have experience for making daily/monthly/quarterly/Yearly O&M report and share with customers. 8.Must have knowledge of CUF factor. 9.Must have understand PVsys. 10.Share daily activity report to Directors. 11.Handle complete end to end Projects and Involve in Technical discussion. 12.Handle customers Individually. 13.Ability to discuss with OEM for Technical faults and Project delivery. 14.Coordinate with all India O&M team.
