Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Patna. The Sales Representative will engage in day-to-day tasks such as identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting and promoting company products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The individual will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure effective sales strategies. Qualifications - Proven skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication - Sales and marketing experience, including an understanding of sales strategies and market trends - Proficiency in presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele - Ability to work with targets and deadlines, demonstrating problem-solving and analytical abilities - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Familiarity with the Patna market and prior work experience in the area is a plus - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
