Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sr Sales Manager at Pramerica Life Insurance. The role is on-site and located in Gaya. The Sr Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Strategy Development Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Market Analysis Proficiency in Sales Training and Support Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Gaya Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Proven track record of achieving sales targets
