Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a PGT English teacher at Delhi Public School Gaya, located in Gaya. The responsibilities include teaching English to higher secondary students, designing lesson plans, preparing and delivering lectures, assessing and reporting on students' progress, and assisting them in improving their language and literature skills. The candidate will also be involved in conducting language training sessions and participating in school events and activities.QualificationsProficiency in English Teaching and ability to foster learning and literary skillsStrong Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage studentsCapability in Translation to aid diverse student understanding when necessaryExperience in Customer Service and Training to build strong relationships and facilitate skill developmentPost-graduate degree in English, with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferredStrong organizational and classroom management skillsPassion for teaching and mentoring students
