Role – Division Incharge Location: North Bihar Qualification: B.Tech./BE - Electrical Experience: 7 to 12 year Responsible for smart meter installation and commissioning, in-time establishment & execution of assigned service(s) to fulfill contractual obligations, installing in-circuit Metering Equipment, mass meter replacement, by maintaining high level of quality standards for achieving utmost customer satisfaction and business goals / revenue targets / agreed gross margin. Key Accountabilities · Capable of understanding all contractual obligations with scope of work and deliverables. · Responsible for contractor management. · Facilitate cross functional action for in timely process mapping and resource mobilization. · Proactive in customer interface at all levels for timely understanding of expectations/ needs by identifying communication structure & timely resolution of issues. · Capable in planning and scheduling the project actions on day to day basis for meeting delivery targets. · Ensure asset installation within defined SLAs, operating processes and customer satisfaction. · Responsible for supply chain management of all required assets and consumables, ensuring no stoppage of work due to non-availability of any. · Responsible for customer and consumer relationship of assigned geography. · Responsible for mass meter replacement and establishing consistence processes Expertise – Utility operation and maintenance, installation.
