The leader will be accountable for Monitor Daily academic activity.Manage Learning Management System.Allocate teaching staff & manage timetables so that we have >90% utilisationOrganise Skill bases courses within the timetable. Execute structured Linked in learning for students. Monitor teaching staff and organise FDP’s. Manage disciple in the college. Organise and lead student activities in the colleges.Working with marketing team to do presentations externally.Partner with placement team to improve subject knowledge, implementation of skills and organise soft skills training. Develop structured approach to implement key AI tools QualificationsStrong expertise in Curriculum Development and Strategic PlanningProven leadership in Educational Leadership, including managing faculty and fostering academic growthFoundational knowledge and experience in Education and ResearchExceptional communication and problem-solving skillsMinimum of a Master’s degree in IT, Finance or Management, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). UGC NET qualified will be added advantage.Proven experience in a senior academic leadership roleStrong understanding of accreditation standards and academic complianceCommitment to promoting innovation in teaching and implementing modern educational technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead projects independently and perform in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the education sector is a plus but retired or CRS employees from corporates at mid-management level are welcome.If you are ex-services with managerial experience & educational qualification you can apply Role will report to Director of the Greater Noida campus We offer competitive salary + Long Term Incentive (LIP) + Annual performance Incentive linked to key operational & financial goals.
