Position: Dean – MBA Location: Greater Noida Institution: Accurate Group of Institutions About the Role The Dean – MBA will serve as the academic and strategic leader of our Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program , responsible for enhancing its academic rigor, industry relevance, research culture, and student success. This role calls for a forward-looking professional who can blend academic excellence with corporate engagement to establish the MBA program as a benchmark of quality and innovation in management education. Key Responsibilities Academic & Pedagogical Leadership Oversee curriculum design, academic delivery, and continuous upgradation in alignment with AICTE/University guidelines and global business trends. Drive innovative teaching-learning practices such as case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and industry-driven projects. Foster a culture of academic excellence, critical thinking, and research orientation among faculty and students. Mentor faculty in pedagogy, research, and professional growth. Strategic & Administrative Leadership Develop and implement the strategic vision of the MBA program. Ensure compliance with AICTE/UGC/University regulations and accreditation requirements (NAAC, NBA). Lead student enrollment, admission campaigns, and brand-building activities to achieve institutional growth. Oversee budgets, academic calendars, examinations, and program operations effectively. Industry & Corporate Engagement Strengthen corporate partnerships for placements, internships, and industry-academia collaborations. Organize guest lectures, management conclaves, corporate talks, and workshops to bring real-world insights to the classroom. Promote entrepreneurship, startups, and incubation support for MBA students. Research, Development & Global Exposure Encourage faculty and student research publications in reputed journals. Facilitate collaborations with international universities for exchange programs, global certifications, and joint research. Host seminars, conferences, and FDPs to create a vibrant academic ecosystem. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Ph.D. in Management with a strong academic record. Experience: Minimum 15 years of academic/industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Dean/Director/HoD) at a reputed management institute/university. Strong publication record in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed journals. Proven ability in institution building, academic leadership, and accreditation processes. Strong corporate connect and experience in building industry partnerships. Visionary leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
