Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ganjam. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Daily tasks will include monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves providing training and support to the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Willingness to work on-site at the Ganjam location
