We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Representative to represent our brands in the vibrant market of Sikkim. Responsibilities - Execute proactive sales and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and market share. - Maintain and grow an order book from retail outlets within the assigned territory. - Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Effectively present and promote our range of FMCG products to potential clients. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. - Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and consumer trends. Qualifications - H.Sc / +2 / Intermediate qualification required. - Maximum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG / Foods / Beverage industry. - Proven ability in sales and maintaining an order book from retail outlets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to work proactively and independently. - Based in or willing to relocate to Gangtok, Sikkim.
