The Retention Marketing Manager will develop and execute customer retention strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities include analyzing marketing metrics, segmenting customer bases, implementing retention campaigns, managing projects, and offering data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute WhatsApp and Email campaigns to improve repeat purchases and engagementBuild automated journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, reactivation)Segment users based on behavior, RFM, and purchase historyWrite persuasive copies focused on CTR, CVR, and revenue per userRun A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, send time, and offersTrack performance metrics: OR, CTR, CVR, Unsubscribes, Revenue contributionMaintain list hygiene and improve deliverabilityCoordinate with design, tech, and performance marketing teamsUse CRM tools and automation platforms efficientlyOptimize customer lifecycle to increase LTV and reduce churnRequirementsStrong hands-on experience with WhatsApp & Email marketing toolsUnderstanding of e-commerce/D2C funnels and retention metricsData-driven mindset and comfort with dashboards/analyticsPractical knowledge of automation, flows, and campaign performance1–4 years of relevant experience (flexible per your hiring level)
