Dear Candidate,Looking for candidates with Reinsurance background from Gift City.Interested candidates can share resumes to neetu.b@Reinsurance OperationsManage day-to-day reinsurance operations for treaty and facultative business (inward and/or outward).Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of treaties, bordereaux, and contracts in core reinsurance systems.Review and process premiums, claims, adjustments, and commissions in a timely manner.Handle cash calls, loss advices, and claim settlements with cedants and retrocessionaires.Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with brokers, cedants, retrocessionaires, underwriters, claims, actuarial, and finance teams.Resolve operational queries and discrepancies efficiently.Support onboarding of new cedants, brokers, and partners in GIFT City operations.Process Improvement & ControlsIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and controls.Support implementation or enhancement of reinsurance systems and workflows.Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
