Lead Process Engineer

Project Leadership & Technical Expertise Focuses on one specific project as lead contributor and technical specialist. Develops and formulates advanced engineering concepts. Manages a mid-sized team of process engineers. Project Management Responsibilities Leads autonomous project execution (pre-FEED, FEED Budget & man-hour control Planning & progress follow-up Serves as Deputy Process Manager for FEED projects (>20,000 man-hours). Acts as Interface Manager/Technical Coordinator for projects exceeding 70,000 process man-hours, ensuring cross-disciplinary design alignment. Lead Process Specialist Engineer Specifics Develops technical & commercial proposals, including contractual management. Leads consulting services and specialized engineering advisory.
