Our aggressively customer-centric design philosophy has enabled the engineering of agile & holistic digital solutions, with full lifecycle enablement and industry-leading performance assurances.Explore more about us at: WHAT YOU WILL DO: Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage L3 support for complex software applications/products across multiple client accountsHandle incident management lifecycle – triaging, prioritization, resolution, and RCA documentationEnsure adherence to SLA commitments and maintain high service quality standardsAct as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing timely updates and resolutionsManage and mentor a team of support engineers, ensuring productivity and skill developmentOversee application maintenance (AMC accounts) and ensure smooth functioning of product environmentsAnalyze logs, monitor systems, and proactively identify potential issues using monitoring toolsDrive problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement in support processesCollaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and releasesLeverage AI tools and data analysis techniques to improve support efficiency and predictive issue handlingParticipate in knowledge transfer (KT) in Chennai for 6–8 weeks and transition to Gift City operations Qualifications & Experience: -7–8 years of experience in production support / application support / development supportStrong experience in handling complex software products or banking domain applications (preferred)Hands-on expertise in:Java / J2EEMicroservices architectureAngular / ExtJSSolid understanding of:Incident & problem management frameworksLog analysis and troubleshooting techniquesMonitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, etc.)Proven experience in team management and stakeholder communicationAbility to manage multiple accounts (AMC) simultaneouslyStrong analytical mindset with exposure to AI-driven support or data analysisExcellent English communication skills (mandatory)Willingness to relocate/travel to Chennai for KT (6–8 weeks) and work from Gift CityPreference for local candidates WHAT INTELLECT OFFERS YOU: FT 8012, World’s First FinTech Design Center for Financial Institutions, We have a rich and truly diverse work environment that is bustling with creative energy and individual perspectives from 29 nationalities and 30 languages.LIVE YOUR DREAM - Intellect is India’s most profitable unicorn.
