Position Name - Compliance Officer & Manager – Finance & AccountsLocation - Gift City,GandhinagarExperience Range - 3 yrsMandatory Requirement:Looking for a dynamic professional who is a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS).Role involves leading compliance for Fund operations in GIFT City.Requires handling regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI.Includes managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions.About the client: Company is a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on high-growth investments across diverse sectors.Job Roles and Responsibilities:Act as designated Compliance Officer in-line with IFSCA guidelines.Establish and implement Fund’s Compliance and Risk Management Framework,including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etc.Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliancemonitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees andact as primary compliance liaison.Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, and facilitate in corporate tax filings(GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.Preparation of financial statements and coordinate statutory/tax audits.Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, and tax advisors.Qualification and Experience:Professional qualification (CA/CS) with 3 years post qualification experience incompliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financialsector regulatorProficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.Preference to candidates with knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZcompliances and Indian tax laws.Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
