Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Information System StructuringOrganize the IT CONSULTING COMPANY’s SharePoint document space.Set up a clear structure for commercial, administrative, technical, and project documents.Structure document templates: commercial proposals, presentation decks, meeting minutes, offer sheets, contracts, and delivery templates.Organize Microsoft Teams to facilitate internal and partner collaboration.Implement simple naming, filing, versioning, and document-sharing rules.Ensure secure access to sensitive documents.Sales and Digital Marketing ToolingContribute to the structure and improvement of the AN IT CONSULTING COMPANY website.Improve consistency between the website, the founder’s LinkedIn profile, and the IT CONSULTING COMPANY LinkedIn company page.Set up or optimize prospecting tools: Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lightweight CRM, or sales tracking files.Automate simple sales tasks: lead tracking, follow-ups, qualification, contact enrichment, message generation, and meeting preparation.Define simple pipeline management processes.Set up dashboards to track prospects, opportunities, partners, and clients.Agentic AI for Internal ProductivityDesign and implement internal AI agents to support AN IT CONSULTING COMPANY operations.Build AI agents for document search, knowledge retrieval, proposal generation, meeting preparation, lead qualification, email drafting, and sales follow-up.Connect AI agents to internal tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, and CRM/prospect tracking files where relevant.Define internal use cases for agentic AI across sales, marketing, delivery, administration, and management.Set up governance rules for AI usage: access control, confidentiality, validation workflows, human-in-the-loop, and auditability.Create reusable prompts, agent workflows, knowledge bases, and automation templates.Monitor and continuously improve the quality, relevance, and reliability of AI-generated outputs.Agentic AI Offers for ClientsContribute to designing the IT CONSULTING COMPANY’s client-facing agentic AI offers.Build demonstrators and prototypes of AI agents for sales teams, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations.Design AI agents connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.Formalize client use cases such as sales assistant, customer service assistant, lead qualification agent, proposal assistant, knowledge assistant, CRM data quality agent, and workflow automation agent.Define simple architectures for deploying AI agents securely within client environments.Participate in pre-sales discussions and demonstrations around agentic AI.Help package the IT CONSULTING COMPANY’s agentic AI methodology, including discovery, use case prioritization, prototyping, deployment, governance, and adoption.Ensure agentic AI solutions remain pragmatic, business-oriented, secure, and maintainable.Technical Support for the IT CONSULTING COMPANY OffersParticipate in designing offers around Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, automation, and agentic AI.Formalize simple and understandable architectures for clients.Prepare lightweight demos or prototypes: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, and AI agents where relevant.Contribute to writing technical pre-sales materials.Help structure client deliverables: architecture documents, specifications, user guides, training materials, governance frameworks, and adoption plans.Provide technical credibility during client or partner meetings.Automation and Internal ProductivityIdentify repetitive tasks that can be automated.Implement simple automations using Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, AI agents, or external tools.Create reusable templates to accelerate sales and project delivery.Industrialize internal processes without unnecessarily complexifying the information system.Implement a “lean IT” approach: simple, efficient, documented, automated, and maintainable.Governance, Security, and QualityDefine simple document, data, and AI governance rules.Secure access to SharePoint, Teams, sales tools, and AI agents.Ensure data consistency across the various tools: website, LinkedIn, prospecting files, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, and internal knowledge bases.Build an internal knowledge base usable by humans and AI agents.Ensure tools and agents remain simple to use and adapted to a small but growing organization.Document AN IT CONSULTING COMPANY’s key processes, AI workflows, automation rules, and governance principles.5.
