With a presence across 40+ countries, we’re continuously innovating to meet the evolving demands of the manufacturing industry.Visit us at: Role Overview :-As an International Sales Executive at SLTL Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving international revenue growth for our advanced laser and engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities :-- Drive international business development across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas, etc.) - Identify, approach, and close deals with global clients, distributors, and channel partners - Present technical product solutions (Laser Systems, Medical Devices, Diamond Tools, etc.) to clients in a consultative manner - Participate in international exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars representing SLTL’s solutions - Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation in coordination with internal teams - Monitor competitor activities and share feedback for strategy alignment - Coordinate with technical and operations teams for pre- and post-sales support - Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements - Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and MIS as requiredCandidate Profile :-- 2–5 years of proven international B2B sales experience in capital machinery / high-tech equipment - Exposure to engineering or laser technology products preferred - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural understanding - Ability to understand technical specifications and demonstrate product value - Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and global sales documentation - Willingness to travel internationally (30–50% travel expected) - Strong follow-up and customer management capabilitiesEducation :-- Bachelor’s in Engineering - MBA (International Business / Marketing) preferredWhat We Offer :-- Competitive salary + Incentive structure - International travel exposure and networking opportunities - Opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies - Dynamic and growth-focused work environment
