Job Title: Executive – Sales & Marketing (Control Panels) Location: Nana Chiloda, Gandhinagar About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Engineerto promote and expand our market presence inHT Panels . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofgeographical areas ,new and upcoming project sites , and maintain a solid network withcontractors and electrical contractors . The candidate will drive sales growth for ourHT Panelsby targeting bothGreenfield and Brownfield projects .Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies forHT Panels . Identify and approach potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Focus onupcoming new projectsand sites in relevantgeographical areas . Leverage existing networks withcontractors and electrical contractorsto generate business. Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales deals. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required. Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.Qualification: Diploma or B.E. inElectrical EngineeringSkills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge ofHT Panelsand electrical systems. Understanding ofgeographical areasand ability to tracknew/upcoming project sites . Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools will be an advantage.Experience: 2 to 4 yearsof relevant experience insales and marketing of HT Panels , preferably with exposure to project-based sales.
