About the CompanyWe are looking for dedicated and professional housekeeping staff to join our hospitality team at Hanu Reddy Residences.About the RoleHiring: Housekeeping Supervisor & Housekeeping AssociateLocation: Hanu Reddy Residences – Poes Garden & Wallace GardenSalary: Based on experienceHousekeeping Supervisor – Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-officeAssign duties to housekeeping associates and ensure timely completionInspect rooms, linen, amenities, and hygiene standardsTrain and guide team members to maintain service qualityCoordinate with Front Office for room status updatesManage inventory for cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenitiesHandle guest requests and complaints professionallyEnsure adherence to safety and hygiene protocolsHousekeeping Associate – Key Responsibilities:Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areasChange linens, replenish amenities, and maintain cleanliness standardsAssist with laundry operations when requiredSupport room preparation for new check-ins and stay-over guestsReport maintenance issues to the supervisorFollow housekeeping checklists and safety guidelinesEnsure polite interaction with guestsQualificationsGender: Male (Preference)Languages: Tamil, basic EnglishAge: Below 40Experience: Supervisor: 3–5 years in hotel or serviced apartment housekeeping; Associate: 1–3 years in housekeeping operationsRequired SkillsPrevious experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or corporate housekeepingStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessPhysically fit and able to handle housekeeping tasksTeam player with a positive attitudeFlexible with shifts and weekend work
