The role focuses on minimizing machine downtime through effective preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting continuous production efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Machine MaintenancePerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and fabrication equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Ensure uninterrupted machine operations to avoid production delays.2. Equipment HandlingMaintain CNC, VMC, laser cutting, bending, and welding machines.Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues proactively.3. Preventive MaintenancePlan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all shop floor machines.Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and machine history records.4. Breakdown ManagementAttend breakdowns promptly and ensure quick resolution.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.5.
