Job Title: Principal Officer (PO) Location: IFSC – GIFT City (Mandatory)Job Summary: We are hiring a Principal Officer to lead and manage the operations of our IFSC entity at GIFT City. The role requires strong regulatory understanding and leadership capabilities to ensure full compliance with the IFSCA framework.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end operations of the IFSC entity.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines issued by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA).Manage governance, compliance, and operational controls.Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.Monitor risk management and reporting standards.Educational Qualification:Professional certification such as CA, CS, CMA, or CFA, ORPostgraduate degree in Finance, Law, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Actuarial Science, FinTech, STEM, or related fields.Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services sector.Candidates with only a graduate degree must have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience as per regulatory requirements.
