We partner with organizations across industries to drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability through strong accounting expertise and technology-enabled processes.Job SummaryWe are seeking Qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with 2–8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Compliance under US GAAP and/or IFRS. This role involves end-to-end accounting ownership, month-end close, financial reporting, and close coordination with global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingEnd-to-end accounting including GL, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustmentsPreparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP / IFRSAccurate reconciliations: bank, intercompany, AR/AP, and balance sheet accountsCompliance & ControlsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOPsSupport statutory, internal, and client auditsAssist with SOX controls, documentation, and testing (where applicable)Closing & Process ManagementManage month-end and year-end close within defined timelinesDrive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiativesSupport transition of processes from client locations (if applicable)Client & Stakeholder InteractionAct as a point of contact for US / global clientsCoordinate with onshore teams, auditors, and internal cross-functional teamsPrepare management reports, variance analysis, and MIS dashboardsRequired QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory2–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reportingStrong hands-on experience with US GAAP and/or IFRSTechnical & Functional SkillsStrong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS, financial statements & disclosuresMonth-end close processes, balance sheet & P&L analysisExperience with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.Advanced proficiency in MS ExcelExposure to GSS / Outsourcing / Shared Services environments preferredSoft Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHaving good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlinesClient-focused mindset with high attention to detailAdaptability to dynamic client and project requirementsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with global clientsExposure to international accounting standards and best practicesCareer growth in a scaling GSS organizationPerformance-driven culture with strong learning opportunitiesCompetitive compensation aligned with experience and skills
