ABIM manages about USD 750m of asset under management and is committed to expanding within India's evolving financial landscape.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven Manager - Fund Distribution to lead and expand our distribution network across India. This role will focus on raising capital for our AIFs, building and nurturing investor relationships, and scaling the firm’s presence among HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and wealth management channels.This is a high-impact role reporting to the senior leadership team, requiring strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhinagar.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Distribution- Develop and execute distribution strategies for Artha Bharat’s AIF offerings. - Drive capital raising across key investor segments: - Family Offices - HNIs / UHNIs - Institutional investors - Wealth management firms, private banks, and RIAs - Achieve targeted AUM and fundraising milestones for existing and upcoming AIF schemes.Channel & Relationship Management- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with wealth management firms, private banks, RIAs, and family offices. - Serve as the primary contact for distributors and large investors. - Negotiate commercial terms and distributor agreements in line with SEBI regulations.Team Collaboration & Support- Collaborate with the investment and compliance teams to ensure smooth investor onboarding and reporting. - Support investor presentations, roadshows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. - Provide market insights and feedback to product and strategy teams on investor preferences, demand, and competition.Compliance & Governance- Ensure adherence to SEBI AIF regulations and internal compliance policies in all fundraising and distribution activities. - Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for approvals, disclosures, and documentation.Candidate ProfileExperience- 8–10 years in fund distribution, wealth management, or institutional sales. - Proven experience raising capital for AIFs, PMS, PE/VC funds, or other alternative investment products. - Established network with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and wealth platforms.Skills & Competencies- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. - Understanding of AIF structures, fundraising cycles, and investor expectations. - Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.Education- MBA or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.Why Join Artha Bharat- Lead and shape the distribution strategy of a growing AIF platform. - High-visibility role with measurable impact on firm growth. - Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives. - Opportunity to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with senior leadership exposure.
