Operations & Finance Associate

We sit at the intersection of fintech, global investing, and one of the fastest-growing economies in the world.We’re now hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to join our GIFT City team and work directly with the CFO and COO to support and scale our operations.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be at the core of the business, working across operations, finance, and compliance:Work closely with banking partners (e.g. DBS) and asset managers to ensure trades, settlements, and fund flows are executed accurately and on timePerform daily reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies across systemsSupport bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax filings, and payroll processesTrack and reconcile revenue streams, including trail commissions and fee inflowsAssist with compliance, transaction monitoring, and regulatory processesLiaise with the technology team to resolve operational issues and improve workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and automationConduct research and analysis on operational processes, financial data, and business performance to support decision-makingWhat we’re looking for4–8 years of experience in operations, finance, accounting, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityComfortable working with reconciliations, financial data, and operational processesProactive and able to operate in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work with external partnersAccounting background preferred but not requiredWhy join Indus?Work directly with senior leadership (CFO & COO)Be part of a high-growth, international fintech businessBroad exposure across finance, operations, and complianceOpportunity for significant career growth as the business scalesCompetitive compensation, including oportunity for ESOPsIf you’re looking for a role with real ownership and impact, we’d love to hear from you.
