Job Title: Lock Desk AnalystLocation: Gandhinagar, GujaratExperience Required: Minimum 3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lock Desk Analyst to manage Secondary Marketing Lock Desk functions for Residential Lending. The role involves handling loan rate locks, extensions, post-closing, and shipping processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of multitasking, and able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities- Process residential loan rate locks, rate lock extensions, post-closing, and shipping. - Verify mortgage loan pricing and ensure compliance with Rate Lock procedures. - Commit loans to investors using online systems. - Provide loan pricing support to Production staff and assist with pricing scenarios. - Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements & Skills- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lock Desk and Residential Secondary Market. - Strong understanding of mortgage pricing and secondary marketing concepts (preferred). - Good knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Capability to handle workload pressure and meet deadlines. - Experience working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Willingness to learn banking and mortgage-related software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality. - Must be comfortable working in the night shift.Educational Qualification- Graduate in any streamWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to work on client-specific projects - Exposure to international mortgage processes - Growth-oriented work environment - Collaborative team cultureInterested candidates can apply and share their updated resume at hr@.
