People PerspectiveBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams across direct sales, channel partners, and site sales.Define sales structure, roles, KRAs, and performance benchmarks aligned with project objectives.Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and ethical selling practices.Coach team members on luxury selling, negotiation, and customer engagement.Work closely with HR to support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, CRM, hospitality, finance, legal, and construction teams.2. Financial PerspectiveOwn and deliver project-wise sales targets, revenue, cash flow, and collections.Prepare and manage sales budgets, incentive plans, and cost controls.Drive price optimization, inventory planning, and margin enhancement.Monitor sales velocity, booking trends, and pipeline health.Ensure timely collections, minimize cancellations, and reduce revenue leakage.Support management with forecasts, MIS, and board-level sales reporting.3. Customer PerspectiveDefine and uphold superior customer experience standards for Kailasa.Personally engage with key clients, HNIs, and strategic investors when required.Ensure transparency, trust, and consistency in customer communication.Oversee grievance redressal and ensure effective closure of escalations.Align sales narratives with brand positioning and project value proposition.Drive long-term customer advocacy, referrals, and brand loyalty.4.
