Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and extensive distribution network enable us to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions and exceptional service to our customers.About the RoleAs part of our aggressive growth strategy in the Indian market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business developmenet manager expertise in selling Central Tire Inflation Systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth, expanding market share, and leading our sales for Automotive division. The ideal candidate will leverage a deep understanding of CTIS technology and the Indian market to forge strong relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, and key industry stakeholders, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries such as heavy truck, mining, construction, agriculture, and other commercial transportation.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, and strategic partners.Recruit, train, and manage a network of distributors and channel partners to maximize market reach and drive orders.Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and value proposition of our Central Tire Inflation Systems.Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals while ensuring profitable margins.Utilize our CRM system to document sales activities, track opportunities, and forecast future business.Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities or challenges.Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to bolster brand presence and generate leads. QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling engineered products or solutions, with proven success in the Central Tire Inflation Systems(CTIS), tire, off-road, or heavy equipment industries. Strong technical aptitude to understand Central Tire Inflation Systems and communicate complex technical information clearly.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing post-sale relationships. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools.
