Our team thrives on creativity, ownership, and pushing design boundaries.We are looking for thinkers, not just executors designers who can bring ideas to the table, not just follow briefs.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer with 6 months to 2 years of experience who can independently contribute ideas and execute designs.The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of thinking beyond given requirements to enhance overall design output.This role will primarily focus on supporting web and digital product design, including visual assets that enhance website experiences, UI sections, and content-led pages.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution• Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital product interfaces• Design blog feature images, content visuals, and supporting graphics for web pages• Assist in bringing UI/UX concepts to life through high-quality visual design• Work on layout-based design elements aligned with modern web standards• Maintain consistency in design elements (colors, fonts, layout) across web properties• Deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision• Create banners, posts, and promotional materials when requiredCreative Thinking (Core Requirement)• Proactively suggest ideas by analyzing brands, competitors, and design trends• Think beyond briefs and contribute to improving overall visual output• Bring fresh, innovative concepts, especially for web and content-driven designsCollaboration• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams• Understand requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs• Ensure timely delivery with quality outputRequired Skills & Experience• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution• Ability to independently ideate and execute designs• Good understanding of design fundamentals (color, typography, layout)• Ability to take feedback and improve quicklyTechnical Skills• Proficiency in Canva / Figma• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator• Understanding of digital design, especially for web and content layoutsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong creative mindset and ideation ability• Self-driven and proactive attitude• Attention to detail• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer• 100% Remote Work Environment• Opportunity to work on real, impactful projects• Fast-paced, creative work culture• Growth opportunities based on performanceImportant Requirement : (Portfolio is mandatory.
