Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance practices, managing legal and regulatory requirements, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining accurate corporate records. The role will also involve coordinating board meetings, advising management on legal matters, and ensuring all statutory filings are completed on time. The individual will serve as a key liaison between the company and regulatory authorities. Qualifications Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworksProficiency in drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documentsOrganizational and administrative skills, including maintaining corporate records and meeting agendasExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with board members, management, and external authoritiesAttention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle confidential informationMembership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent qualificationA background in law, business administration, or related fields is advantageousProficiency in office productivity software and corporate compliance tools
