Pricing Executive

Job OverviewWe are seeking a Pricing Executive with strong knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive freight rates, coordinating with carriers and agents, and ensuring profitable pricing strategies for import/export shipments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and share freight quotations for air & ocean shipments (FCL/LCL)Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents for best ratesNegotiate freight charges and maintain competitive pricingAnalyse costs, margins, and profitability for each shipmentMaintain rate sheets, tariffs, and pricing databasesSupport sales team with timely and accurate quotationsHandle RFQs, tenders and contract pricingTrack market trends and competitor pricingEnsure pricing complies with customer requirements and company policiesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics processes Understanding of Incoterms, import/export documentation, and customs basicsProficiency in MS OfficeGood negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations
