We are hiring -Collection Manager - Recovery (Credit Cards) for Gandhidham, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, BharuchJob Purpose:Manage and deliver optimum performance in terms of Recovery, recovery rate and optimum utilization of field resources to increase efficiencies on the assigned portfolio.Job Responsibilities(JR) :Define and review collection strategies for the portfolio managed. Monitor and review collections team to achieve set targets. Achieve the monthly and annual recovery numbers as per targets set. Ensure that the agency resources are optimally used wrt the number of visits, contacts, ptp conversion ratio etc. Collection Efficiency has to be tracked, monitored and improved consistently over the Baseline targets published on an ongoing basis.Educational Qualifications :Any Graduate can apply Key Skills if any-Preferably MBA, minimum Graduate with more then 5 years of Collection experience across various industries like banking, NBFC.
