Roles and Responsibilities Manage infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Oversee construction activities on roads, railways, airports, commercial complexes, industrial parks, residential townships, high-rise buildings, real estate developments, and other infrastructure projects. Coordinate with government agencies such as NHAI (National Highways Authority of India), State Govts., MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) for project approvals and clearances. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during construction phases by implementing effective quality control measures. Develop strategic plans for future infrastructure development projects.
