Ltd., an integrated creative, film & AV communication agency, is hiring a Senior VFX & Motion Graphics Designer Cum Video Editor to join our on-ground CSR Media team. ⚠️ This role is NOT for basic editors or template-based motion designers. We are looking for a senior visual professional who can independently conceptualise, design, animate, and edit high-impact content—from corporate films and CSR documentaries to digital campaigns and large-format presentations. If you understand visual storytelling, motion language, pacing, VFX integration, and cinematic polish , and can deliver end-to-end without hand-holding, this role is for you. Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable) Video Editing (End-to-End Ownership) • Edit corporate films, CSR films, documentaries, AVs, event films & digital content • Strong control over storytelling, pacing, rhythm & narrative flow • Audio syncing, sequencing, transitions, titles & final mastering • Deliver broadcast-ready & digital-ready outputs Motion Graphics & VFX • Design high-quality motion graphics (titles, supers, infographics, explainers) • Integrate VFX elements seamlessly into live-action footage • Conceptualise motion styles based on brand tone & brief • Create visual layers that significantly elevate production value Software & Technical Expertise (Must-Have) • Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced • Adobe After Effects – Advanced (Motion Graphics & VFX) • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (asset creation) • DaVinci Resolve – Basic to Intermediate (colour correction preferred) • Strong understanding of codecs, formats & delivery standards Creative & Workflow Control •        Work closely with directors, producers, designers, and cinematographers •        Interpret briefs and convert them into visually compelling executions •        Maintain clean project structures, asset management, and backups •        Ability to handle tight timelines without compromising quality Client-Site & Team Coordination •        Work from client site at Konsari with professionalism and discipline •        Coordinate with internal creative teams and client stakeholders •        Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently •        Maintain confidentiality and brand integrity Required Experience & Skills • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Video Editing + Motion Graphics / VFX • Strong showreel mandatory , demonstrating: – Motion graphics – VFX integration – Long-form & short-form edits • High aesthetic sense & strong storytelling instincts • Ability to work independently in a high-output environment • Comfortable working from client site (WFO) in Maharashtra Good to Have (Competitive Edge) • Experience in CSR, corporate, government or institutional films • Exposure to large-scale events or high-stakes presentations • Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D / Blender) • Strong understanding of brand communication & visual consistency What We Offer • Industry-aligned compensation with growth potential • On-site role with fully supported work environment • Free shared AC accommodation with housekeeping • Company-arranged travel (as per project requirement) • Opportunity to work on national-level, high-impact projects • Exposure to corporate AVs, documentaries & digital campaigns • Strong portfolio-building opportunities Growth Path Senior Video Editor / Motion Designer → Lead Visual Editor → Head – Post Production → Creative Director (Visual & Motion) How to Apply Apply ONLY if you can show: • Strong showreel (mandatory) • Clear motion graphics & VFX work • Ability to handle end-to-end delivery independently WhatsApp: |
