Key Responsibilities Teach English Core/English Elective to Classes VII to XII following CBSE guidelines and learning outcomes. Prepare lesson plans, academic resources, worksheets, and question papers. Conduct engaging classroom sessions that develop reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills. Plan and assess assignments, projects, ASL activities, and periodic tests as per CBSE norms. Review and evaluate student performance and share feedback with students and parents. Prepare students for board exams through focused revision, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes. Integrate technology (smart boards, digital content, audio-visual tools) to enhance learning. Ensure proper documentation such as lesson plans, assessment records, and CBSE compliance files. Participate in school events, faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and value-education activities. Maintain discipline, decorum, and a conducive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
