The role involves translation, interpretation, project coordination, and reporting support using MS Excel to ensure smooth collaboration between India and Japan teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Japan-based stakeholders and internal teams for project-related activities.Translate and interpret Japanese ↔ English communication during meetings, emails, and documentation.Support project management activities including status updates, documentation, and reporting.Maintain project trackers, reports, and data using MS Excel.Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations in Japanese and English.Ensure clear communication between cross-functional teams and Japanese clients.Assist in project planning, scheduling, and follow-ups.Travel to Japan for project coordination, meetings, or training when required.Required Skills & QualificationsJLPT N3 certification (mandatory); N2 preferred.1+ years of experience in Japanese language roles, project coordination, or translation/interpretation.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.Hands-on experience in MS Excel (data management, reporting, formulas, trackers).Good understanding of Japanese work culture and business etiquette.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Japanese clients or Japan-based teams.Exposure to IT, manufacturing, or global project environments.Passport ready for international travel.Work ModelHybrid: 4 Days Work From Office (Faridabad) and 1 Day Work From Home.
