Assistant Content Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote the internationalprograms, partnerships, and initiatives of the university. Create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to international affairs and alliances,and coordinate responses with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments, academic units, and external partners to identify andhighlight success stories, research achievements, and impactful international collaborations. Manage the Office of International Affairs and Alliances' digital presence, including website content updates, social media postings, and multimedia content development. Plan and execute communication campaigns and events to promote internationalization efforts and foster global engagement among students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Provide communication support for international events, conferences, workshops, and symposiums hosted or sponsored by the university. Monitor media coverage and public perception of international affairs, identify trends, and proactively address any reputational risks or challenges. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives through metrics and analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Supervise and mentor communication staff or interns assigned to support international communication projects and initiatives.
