Job Description: Property Consultant – Real Estate Company:Optus Housing Location:Gurgaon Experience:2 to 5 years Employment Type:Full-time Role & Responsibilities: Handle sales and leasing of residential properties in theGurgaon real estate market , with a strong focus onbuilder floors . Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, and walk-ins. Conduct site visits and manage end-to-end client interactions. Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners. Coordinate documentation and booking processes. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience inreal estate sales , preferablybuilder floorsin Gurgaon. Strong knowledge of Gurgaon micro-markets. Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
