Profile: Influencer Marketing Executive Position: 1 Location: Faridabad - Plan and execute monthly content calendars (reels, carousels, static posts, stories) aligned with brand objectives. - Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships across beauty, lifestyle, and grooming categories. - Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid influencer campaigns to maximize ROI. - Stay on top of Instagram and TikTok trends, adapting them into brand-relevant, engaging content. - Work closely with design, content, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity. - Track and analyze performance of influencer campaigns and social media content; prepare monthly reports. - Engage with community (DMs, comments, stories) to strengthen brand-consumer relationship. - Support campaign shoots, events, and influencer meets when required. - Keep updated on competitor activities and industry best practices in influencer marketing
