The role requires deep understanding ofYMYL content, Google E-E-A-T guidelines, compliance-driven SEO , and data-led growth strategies to drive high-quality organic traffic, leads, and visibility for financial products. Key Responsibilities Develop and executeSEO strategiesspecifically for BFSI products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, investments, fintech platforms, etc. Performkeyword researchfocused on high-intent, regulated financial keywords. Optimizeon-page, off-page, and technical SEOensuring adherence to BFSI compliance norms. Work closely withcontent, legal, and compliance teamsto ensure SEO-friendly yet regulation-safe content. ManageYMYL & E-E-A-T compliance(author authority, trust signals, schema, content accuracy). Overseecontent planningfor blogs, landing pages, product pages, FAQs, and financial guides. ConductSEO audits , competitor analysis, backlink audits, and site health checks. Leadlink-building strategieswith high-authority, finance-relevant domains. Track and report SEO performance usingGoogle Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs , etc. Improveconversion rates (CRO)from organic traffic. Stay updated withGoogle algorithm updates , especially those impacting finance and YMYL websites. Mentor junior SEO executives and coordinate with performance marketing teams. Required Skills & Expertise Proven experience inBFSI SEO(mandatory). Strong knowledge ofGoogle YMYL & E-E-A-T guidelines . Expertise intechnical SEO(Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing, crawlability). Hands-on experience withSEO tools : Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC. Strong understanding offinancial products & consumer search behavior . Experience working withcompliance/legal constraintsin content. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. Ability to handlehigh-competition keywords . Preferred Qualifications Experience working withbanks, NBFCs, fintech startups, insurance companies , or BFSI agencies. Knowledge ofRBI, SEBI, IRDAI content compliance norms . Exposure tolead-generation SEOfor BFSI products. Basic understanding ofpaid marketing & CROis a plus.
