Location: Onsite (Faridabad) Experience Required: 7–10 years (with proven BFSI domain expertise) About the Role We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager with extensive experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector to drive and execute advanced SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in search engine optimization, analytics, and BFSI compliance while delivering measurable growth and visibility for BFSI clients. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage holistic SEO strategies tailored for BFSI clients. Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify growth opportunities within BFSI. Optimize websites, landing pages, blogs, and digital assets for maximum search performance . Lead technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for fixes and improvements. Build and execute link-building & guest posting strategies within the BFSI ecosystem. Perform competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to stay ahead of BFSI trends. Track and analyze performance with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Collaborate with content, paid media, and social media teams to ensure synergy in digital campaigns. Stay updated with search engine algorithms, BFSI regulations, and compliance requirements . Mentor, train, and guide the SEO team while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in SEO, with minimum 3+ years handling BFSI projects . Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization strategies . Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog . Proven experience in content strategy, guest posting, and outreach campaigns within BFSI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage BFSI client portfolios.
