Location: Punjab / Corporate UnitExperience: 15–20 Years (Core Blending Experience in IMFL/Spirits Industry)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Blender responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the quality and consistency of our liquor portfolio. The candidate will play a critical role in product innovation, sensory excellence, and brand development.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain consistent taste, aroma, and quality of all spirit brandsExpertise in blending of Whisky, Rum, Brandy, and other IMFL productsCreate new blends and formulations aligned with market trendsConduct sensory evaluation, tasting sessions, and quality benchmarkingEnsure batch-to-batch consistency and adherence to company standardsWork closely with Production, Quality Control, and R&D teamsLead product innovation and premiumization strategiesMonitor raw material quality (ENA, malt spirits, flavors, additives)Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory normsMentor and train junior blenders and quality teamsKey Requirements:15–20 years of hands-on experience in liquor blending (IMFL/Spirits)Strong sensory evaluation and palate development skillsIn-depth knowledge of distillation, maturation, and blending techniquesExperience in handling large-scale production unitsProven track record in developing successful liquor brandsStrong leadership and team management skillsEducational Qualification:B.Sc. / M.Sc.
