The role requires active problem-solving to optimize productivity and maintain production targets.QualificationsDiploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering Skills Required:Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (blanking, forming, punching)Hands-on experience with mechanical/hydraulic pressesProduction planning & manpower managementPreventive maintenance coordination with tool roomQuality awareness (SPC, 7 QC tools, 5S)
