SAP IBP Techno functional Consultant

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Techno-Functional Consultant (US shift) with strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Response, Order-Based Planning (OBP), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The ideal candidate will lead both functional configuration and technical integration efforts, resolve complex issues, and work closely with developers to drive enhancements and interface development tasks.The ideal candidate will lead both functional configuration and technical integration efforts, resolve complex issues, and work closely with developers to drive enhancements and interface development tasks.Responsibilities:Ability to understand and explain/articulate the Yamaha Business ProcessesLead or participate in blueprinting and design workshops.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of IBP modules including:Demand PlanningSupply Planning / ResponseOrder-Based PlanningSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues across IBP modules, with a focus on statistical forecasting, key figure calculations, heuristics, and supply planning algorithms.Manage and optimize RTI data integration processes between IBP and SAP ECC/S4HANA/BW or other upstream/downstream systems.Coordinate with developers to lead technical developments:Design enhancements and custom solutionsDesign integrations via CI-DSReview functional specs and guide the development processValidate unit testing and deploymentPerform root cause analysis and implement fixes across planning areas, key figures, attributes, and time profiles.Provide ongoing support, knowledge transfer, and documentation for enhancements and new functionality.Preferably has experience with 2 full life cycle IBP deployments.
