The New Product Development Manager will oversee the entire development process of new products within the company. This includes generating ideas, conducting market research, developing prototypes, and working closely with various departments to ensure project timelines and targets are met. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with food safety standards and other regulations. Qualifications Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and proficiency in Food Technology and Food Science Project Management skills Knowledge of the Food Industry Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
