SAP EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a SAP SD Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to manage, maintain, and analyze sales & distribution data. The role will primarily involve preparing and maintaining Excel-based reports, analysing Bills of Materials (BOM), and updating the same in SAP SD. Key Responsibilities Maintain, organize, and update large datasets in Excel. Create and automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP , etc. Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) for accuracy and completeness. Upload and update BOM data in SAP SD . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of data. Identify and correct data discrepancies. Support day-to-day tasks in SAP SD related to data management and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.). Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP SD Module . Good understanding of BOM analysis and structure. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment. Experience in managing large datasets and preparing MIS reports.
