This role is pivotal in driving our employee engagement agenda, leveraging data-driven insights, and enhancing our internal communications. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement, and refine engagement initiatives.Experience: 1-4 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Internal Communications.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement monthly virtual/onsite events for our global workforce to boost engagement that resonates with iMerit’s culture and core values.Design all internal communications such as posters, videos, stories, mailers, etc and ensure they meet branding and language standards.Co-ordinating with Centre HRs across locations to ensure participation and consistent employee experience for various initiatives.Coordinating with vendors for service related queries, negotiations, payments, invoices, etc as and when requiredReview existing practices and come up with new ideas / initiatives which will enhance Employee Experience across the employee lifecycleMaintain all dashboards, reports and expensesQualification: Graduate in any stream. Masters in HR or Mass Communication will be preferableWe are looking for someone who has the following:Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsShould have experience in designing communications using Powerpoint and CanvaShould have experience planning employee engagement/events for a global workforce in a medium - large sized organization.Should be able to work with minimal supervision and someone who can adapt in a fast paced work environment and gets things donePast HRBP experience will be valuableEagerness to learn new things, self driven and initiative to make an impactStrong planning and organization skillsTechnical Skills: Familiarity in using Google WorkspaceWell versed with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)Well versed with Canva Familiarity in using AI tools (Good to have)About Company:iMerit is a global enterprise in data enrichment and annotation, combines the technologies, processes and people that, together, deliver the enterprise level solutions to its esteemed clients consistently.
