Position Title: Business Head – Delivery (Blue Collar Hiring) Role Overview: The Business Head – Delivery for Blue Collar Hiring will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment delivery for large-scale blue collar workforce requirements across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, and facility management. The role demands strong operational excellence, client management, and large team leadership capabilities to ensure high-volume hiring with speed, quality, and compliance. This role will specifically focus on managing delivery for clients across the Middle East and European countries, ensuring adherence to international standards, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements in overseas staffing. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Delivery Management Lead and oversee bulk hiring delivery operations for blue collar mandates across Middle East and European markets. Design scalable hiring models to manage international high-volume recruitment efficiently. Build strong global client relationships to understand workforce requirements and deliver on SLAs. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and scale delivery teams across domestic and international markets. Drive performance, productivity, and motivation within recruitment teams. Ensure robust training and capability-building for sourcing and delivery teams to align with overseas client expectations. Process & Compliance Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of international candidates. Maintain compliance with Middle East and European labor laws, statutory requirements, and client standards. Ensure accurate reporting, MIS, and dashboard reviews for internal and client stakeholders. Business Growth & Collaboration Partner with the sales/business development team to support international client acquisition with strong delivery strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring turnaround time. Contribute to revenue growth by ensuring global client satisfaction and repeat business. Key Requirements: 12–18 years of experience in blue collar/volume hiring delivery, preferably in staffing, HR outsourcing, or recruitment firms. Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations across Middle East and/or European markets. Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of sourcing channels for blue collar talent (local mobilization agencies, overseas recruitment partners, digital platforms). Knowledge of international labor laws, visa processing, and overseas workforce deployment. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
